I only have eyes for you…:

…and best viewed large.
Good morning. I thought I would follow-up last week’s series on the Fantail Goldfish with one on a Telescoping Goldfish (Carassius auratus in the Family: Cyprinidae). This unique looking fish can be found naturally in China, Japan, and other parts of Asia, and is also known as the Dragon Eye Goldfish and Celestial Eye Goldfish.
I hope you enjoy this short series on this truly odd, but lovely fish, and find the text provided in the comment section informative.
Thank you for stopping by…I hope you have a great Fishy Friday and weekend. And so you’ll know, I probably won’t be online much this weekend. Sunday for sure when we’re planning to attend a carshow…weather permitting.

Deck Inspector: I shot this through my patio window. The woodpecker flew into my yard, and decided to inspect a rail of my deck. He found nothing … and flew away. I haven’t seen him since. © All Rights Reserved - No Usage Allowed in Any Form Without the Written Consent of Gail Shotlander (aka shotzy)
